Brutal Magnus (John Savage)
is the head of an international weapons cartel. He visits Seattle to deliver a pep talk to Victoria and her gun gang. Sales need to be increased, and Brutal knows how to motivate his gang members. Ruthless and ambitious, this hater of United States Government polices will do anything to make money and destroy the fabric of the country.

 

Tweaker (Lionel Flynn)
is the son of United States Prosecuting Attorney Philip Richards. He is compelled by familiar voices in his head to kill people, but seeks redemption at the hands of a strong woman, only to fall in love with her. Will her love silence the murderous voices in his head?

 

Willow (Tara Walker)
a young run-away from Los Angeles who hates guns, develops a strong bond with the leader of the gun gang in Seattle only to find herself working as a dominatrix in the fetish underground subculture. Little does she know that she will fall in love with her first customer.

 

Victoria (Denitra Henderson),
a true femme fatale, her beauty and boldness propel her to the top of the food chain in the gun subculture of Seattle. Not only is she a world-class dominatrix, she's a proficient supplier of weapons to drug buyers throughout the Southwest of America who trade them over in Mexico for drugs. Only Willow can touch upon the tenderness that resides inside her tough heart and bring out her love.

 

David Finch (Rick Waters)
is an ex-con with a propensity to attack those who subject him to the noise of their cell phones, car alarms, and other sounds of modern technology. This tazer wielding felon wants more than anything to have the legal right to carry a gun. Second in command to Victoria in the gun gang, he assists Victoria on her quest to carry out the orders of their leader Brutal Magnus. 



Phillip Richards (Oliver Tuthill)
is the leading spokesman for a gun control group based out of Seattle. This Prosecuting Attorney has set his sights on shutting down the gun gangs and bringing about new and more stringent gun control laws throughout Seattle and Washington State.

What he doesn't know is that his son is in love with a female member of a leading gun gang, and while he is prosecuting criminals, his psychologically disturbed son is walking the streets with a loaded gun fantasizing about murdering his father.

 

Bible Girl (Kelly McIntire)
is a young woman who seeks to bring about the redemption of souls of the non-believers in Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior of the human race. She has the misfortune to approach the wrong people at the wrong time to bring about religious convergence and in so doing finds herself in a crisis where she will call upon the Lord to offer a miracle.
